HCMF started first with manufacturing department and it is still our core competitive advantage. Our in-house tooling department is the first founded technical department 50 years ago, now we are capable to develop tooling and plan equipment for production. We are now dedicating in Industrializtion 4.0.
Tooling department specialized in design and develop mold tooling, assemble fixture and gage. We cover single punch die, 4-axis robot transfer die, progressive die(200T~1200T), fine blanking die(250T~800T) and glass over molding injection die. We perform CAE analysis to ensure forming quality, measurements to improve dimensional accuracy, standardized managment to increase quality stability and other technics to improve our technology.
HCMF has capability to manufacture over 300 mold tooling each year, and has external customers include Mitsui Japan, IMASEN, OTSUKA and GECOM US.
